We are seeking an experienced Consultant in Adult Psychiatry to join a respected private client in London, Greater London. This locum opportunity is available for an immediate start on a short-term contract.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality psychiatric care across CMHT and inpatient settings

Assess, diagnose, and manage a range of conditions including acute mental health issues, depressive illness, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and dual diagnosis

Lead multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to service development

Provide clinical supervision and support to junior medical staff

Ensure full compliance with the Mental Health Act (MHA) and other relevant legislation

Qualifications & Experience

Full GMC registration
-
Section 12 approval and Approved Clinician status

Inclusion on the Specialist Register (CCT)

Extensive experience in Adult Psychiatry, including acute and complex mental health presentations
