About the Role
The Foundation for Healthy Communities seeks consulting support for the New Hampshire Navigator program. The Consultant will help New Hampshire residents obtain affordable health insurance coverage through the ACA Marketplace, New Hampshire Medicaid, and CHIP. Services are requested for May 1, 2026-August 25, 2026, and the role may be structured part-time or full-time depending on project needs.
What You'll Do
- Provide consulting support for the New Hampshire Navigator program to help residents access affordable health insurance through the ACA Marketplace, NH Medicaid, and CHIP.
- Lead outreach to priority populations and build relationships with community partners.
- Support enrollment through direct consumer assistance and public education.
