Job title: Consultant Expérimenté Risques de Crédit F/H
Description: En tant que Consultant Expérimenté Risques de Crédit F/H chez KPMG France, vous intervenez au sein des Directions Financières / Risques / Stratégie sur des sujets liés à la réglementation bancaire prudentielle et à la transformation des dispositifs de gestion des risques. Vous travaillez en équipe pluridisciplinaire et encadrez des collaborateurs plus juniors, tout en développant vos compétences managériales et commerciales.

Lead or contribute to projects implementing prudential banking regulation (Basel IV, IFRS9, NPL, NDOD) or other regulatory reforms to ensure compliance.

Support the design, deployment and/or review of the ERM framework (risk appetite, limits, and risk indicators).

Transform risk management and control processes (lending, risk deterioration monitoring, recovery processes).

Implement capital and liquidity management frameworks (ICAAP/ILAAP) and Recovery Plan.

Support internal/external stress testing exercises (internal, regulatory, climate-related).

Develop and/or implement regulatory risk models (PD, LGD, EAD, IFRS9).

Integrate ESG considerations into risk processes and ensure regulatory watch.

Contribute to technical and regulatory watch, and share knowledge.

Work within multidisciplinary teams close to other lines of service; manage junior colleagues; develop managerial and client relationship skills; contribute to internal initiatives and commercial offers.

Diploma from a top engineering, business school and/or PhD with specialization in Risk Management, finance or financial modeling and solid knowledge of banking regulation.

Strong knowledge of current banking topics and regulator expectations (ECB, EBA, ACPR).

Strong modeling skills with programming experience (C# or C++, Python, R, SAS) for model design, implementation and review.

At least 3 years of professional experience in risk/capital management in banking or consulting.

Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.

Experience integrating ESG into risk processes; ability to manage projects and contribute to commercial development.
