About this role
Twelve IT consultants and growing. Three regions. One person who makes sure each of them has what they need to do their best work.
That’s this role.
Our consultants in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and APAC deliver complex technology projects for global clients. They need a dependable person on their side: someone who clears obstacles, notices problems early and makes sure they feel looked after. As our Consultant Experience & Delivery Coordinator, that’s you. You run the team day to day with minimal input from your manager.
What you’ll own
- The consultant experience, end to end. You lead and mentor 12 consultants through regular 1:1s, honest feedback and development goals, and you flag early when someone may be thinking of leaving.
- Onboarding. You welcome each new joiner, sort their access and paperwork, and stay close through their first weeks.
- Employer of Record relationship. You work with our EOR on contracts, onboarding documents, work permits, PTO and payroll queries, and you resolve issues before they grow.
- Visas and Ajeer sponsorship. You keep every consultant’s documents valid and compliant, and you handle embassy and visa calls.
- Leave and certifications. You track leave balances and certification renewals, and you encourage people to actually take their time off.
- Renewals. You monitor upcoming contract renewals, contribute to pricing and cost modelling, and carry each renewal through to completion.
- Time and expenses. You approve timesheets and expenses in Productive and handle client reimbursement invoicing.
- Delivery and relationships. You build a regular working relationship with our Dubai-based regional project manager, support some account management, and follow every escalation until it is resolved.
- Team culture. You organise quarterly team meetups in Cairo and help a distributed team feel connected.
