Consultant ERP H/F
Véritable partenaire de nos clients, vous intervenez sur l’ensemble du cycle projet et contribuez activement à la réussite des déploiements de nos solutions.
Après un parcours d’intégration et de montée en compétences sur nos outils, vos missions principales seront de :
- Intervenir à chaque étape des projets : audit, paramétrage, formation
- Travailler en autonomie tout en collaborant étroitement avec les autres consultants et le responsable de déploiement
- Former les utilisateurs et les accompagner dans la conduite du changement
- Être l’interlocuteur·rice privilégié·e des clients tout au long du projet
- Participer à l’amélioration continue de nos méthodes et de nos pratiques
Ce poste est une excellente opportunité pour développer de nouvelles compétences fonctionnelles et techniques au sein d’un environnement stimulant.
Votre profil
- Formation Bac+2 / Bac+3 en informatique de gestion ou équivalent
- Expérience réussie en tant que Consultant·e et/ou Formateur·rice chez un éditeur de logiciels ou un intégrateur
- À l’aise dans la relation client, vous êtes pédagogue, organisé·e et doté·e d’un bon esprit de synthèse
- Une appétence pour la technique, notamment le langage SQL, est un réel plus
