About the Role The role focuses on project managing the delivery of business and technology engagements for large enterprises, emphasizing enterprise transformation and optimization strategies with multi-level impacts on business, technical, organizational, operational, and cost aspects.
What You'll Do
- Project manage the delivery of business and technology engagements and work streams for large enterprises, with a focus on enterprise transformation and optimization strategies.
- Develop and manage financial models, business cases, risk assessments, and strategies around transformation and strategic sourcing.
- Draft RFP statements of work, financials, service levels, and terms and conditions; support proposal development.
- Manage senior-level client relationships, budgets, timelines, quality, and cost containment.
- Architect, execute, and oversee transition planning and transition support activities; ensure seamless transitions.
- Contribute to intellectual capital in new growth areas and support for proposal development.
- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; work independently in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in Business or related field preferred but not required.
- Experience: MBA with no consulting experience OR 3-5 years in consulting, management consulting, and/or operations management in a consulting firm or professional services group in software/tools vendor.
- Experience managing client relationships with senior-level clients; developing business cases, risk modeling, and strategies around transformation and strategic sourcing.
- Direct hands-on experience in transition planning and transition support activities; managing large budgets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; exceptional interpersonal and client skills; demonstrated leadership, client management, project management and business development skills; able to work independently.
- This is a hands-on consulting delivery role.
- Eligible to work in Spain (current valid work authorization).
Nice to Have
- Master's Degree in Business or related field preferred but not required.
- Additional experience in proposal development or growth initiatives.
