Small Commercial Quoting Experience Lead

Help shape the future of small commercial quoting at Liberty Mutual! We're looking for a collaborative, results-driven professional to help turn that vision into reality.

As the Small Commercial Quoting Experience Lead on our Voice of the Independent Agent Delivery Team, you'll work across business and technology teams to drive improvements that make quoting easier, faster, and more intuitive. What You'll Do

• Partner with the Small Commercial Quoting strategic lead to translate priorities into actionable initiatives across eCLIQ 1.0, eCLIQ 2.0, and small commercial lines.

• Lead assigned workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives moving forward.

• Champion the independent agent perspective by gathering insights through agent engagement, field feedback, research, and usability testing.

• Identify opportunities to simplify quoting workflows, reduce friction, and improve the overall agent experience.

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Experience Design, Analytics, Underwriting, and field partners to align priorities and drive solutions.

• Use agent feedback and performance data to measure success, recommend improvements, and support testing and launches.

• Comfort navigating ambiguity, creating structure, and driving initiatives through completion.

• Experience in business analysis, product management, technology delivery, Agile environments, or cross-functional initiative leadership is a plus.

• Familiarity with independent agent distribution, commercial insurance, digital quoting platforms, or agency technology is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required, MBA or Masters preferred, plus 5+ years analytic experience required in a financial and/or project management environment with exposure to project planning, modeling, cost benefit analysis

• Insurance experience preferred, CPCU preferred

• Knowledge of business practices and processes

• Advanced presentation skills

• Proficiency in using analytic and industry tools, SNL preferred

• Ability to summarize large amounts of data/information and integrate into a meaningful story

• Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate upward

• Ability to perform high level work both independently and collaboratively as a project team member or leader
