Job title: Construction Site Planner

About the Role Site Planner responsible for developing and controlling the Construction Schedule for the project, ensuring alignment with subcontractors and monitoring progress against baselines. They prepare reports and forecasts to support recovery actions.

What You'll Do

• Develop the Construction Schedule within the period established in the Project Schedule.
• Prepare standard man-hour estimates based on design quantities and the established WBS.
• Feed Schedule with estimated standard Manhours to obtain Progress Curves and Manpower Histograms.
• Ensure that the schedules developed by the Subcontractors, as per their contractual obligations, are in alignment with the Level 4 Construction Schedule.
• Perform schedule control at the cut-off dates and provide a forecast on completion dates especially if any adverse trends occur so that the recovery plan can be effectively enforced.
• Assess physical progress at the cut-off dates, taking note of any evidence of deviations from the baseline and suggesting the remedial actions, if any.
• Perform manpower control by collecting time sheets from the Subcontractors and compare the actual manpower against the planned, as per the baseline.
• Prepare the weekly/monthly Progress Report related to the Site activities in accordance with the Project Procedures.

What We're Looking For

• University degree or diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.
• Significant experience in the industrial construction of large XL gas plants.
• Covered a similar role in at least 2-3 projects of comparable size.
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Strong attention to detail, management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, self-motivation, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong focus on timely performance, problem solving, and results delivery.
• Special Requirements and Comments: Strong attention to detail, effective management skills.
