About the Role Site Planner responsible for developing and controlling the Construction Schedule for the project, ensuring alignment with subcontractors and monitoring progress against baselines. They prepare reports and forecasts to support recovery actions.
What You'll Do
- Develop the Construction Schedule within the period established in the Project Schedule.
- Prepare standard man-hour estimates based on design quantities and the established WBS.
- Feed Schedule with estimated standard Manhours to obtain Progress Curves and Manpower Histograms.
- Ensure that the schedules developed by the Subcontractors, as per their contractual obligations, are in alignment with the Level 4 Construction Schedule.
