Job title: Construction Project Manager - Mid Level
About the Role The Construction Project Manager – Mid Level will support large and complex construction projects across construction, design/build, architecture and engineering, space management, facilities management, real estate, and leasing. This role will interact with client leadership and internal stakeholders to maximize the program’s effectiveness and ensure projects meet the customers’ intent within the organization's constraints. The CPM will oversee all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties and all associated operations and financial activities.
What You'll Do
- Provide leadership, oversight, and overall responsibility for the timeliness, completeness, and quality of multiple construction projects.
- Interface with clients to refine requirements.
- Work with the client to develop annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
- Oversee projects, including tracking metrics and updating logs, leading meetings, and ensuring user needs and schedules are met.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing construction, design/build, architecture and engineering, space management, facilities management, real estate, and leasing of large and complex projects.
- Ability to interact with client leadership and internal stakeholders to maximize program effectiveness.
- Experience developing annual operating and capital budgets.
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and project-tracking skills.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and portfolios and manage related operations and financial activities.
