About the Role The Construction Project Manager will plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of hospital construction projects in the Atlanta area, from schematic phase through completion. You will report on work progress and budget matters to leadership and collaborate with architects, engineers, other construction/building specialists, and internal departments to deliver projects on time and within scope. What You'll Do
- Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of specific hospital construction projects, onsite and offsite, for the Atlanta area.
- Report on work progress and budget matters to leadership.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, other construction and building specialists, as well as internal departments within Northside Hospital from schematic phase through project completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, interior designers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in building science, construction engineering, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Three (3) years’ experience as a project manager in a related field with demonstrated knowledge of architectural and engineering design operations.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership/management skills; effective written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with construction methodologies, space planning, budget estimating, and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and coordinate cross-functional teams.
