Job title: Construction Project Manager
Support federal construction programs across various project types, including construction, design/build, architecture and engineering, space management, facilities management, real estate, and leasing of large and complex properties. Provide on-site construction management oversight during mobilization, site preparation, construction, fit-out, commissioning and occupancy, and lead project teams coordinating with government agencies, clients, architects/engineers, and contractors to ensure timely, complete, and high-quality outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Provide on-site construction management oversight during mobilization, site preparation, construction, fit-out, commissioning and occupancy.
- Provide leadership, oversight, and responsibility for the timeliness, completeness, and quality of multiple construction projects.
- Interface with clients to define requirements.
- Provide general oversight of many of the duties and tasks that must be accomplished in the construction and renovation of government real property.
- Able to manage a large multi-faceted project.
- Manage the Project Management Team by maintaining a coordinating relationship with the government agency, its clients, as well as, with the architect-engineers, construction contractors and other contractors supporting the government.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in construction program/project management of large and complex projects, preferably involving government or government real property.
- Ability to interface and coordinate with government agencies, clients, architect-engineers, and contractors.
- On-site construction management oversight across mobilization through occupancy.
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
- Able to manage a large multi-faceted project.
