About the Role Join a respected, growth‑oriented design‑build contractor as a Construction Project Manager in Jacksonville, FL. You’ll lead major DoD and private‑sector projects on an active military base, guiding them from concept through completion while ensuring safety, schedule, and quality. What You'll Do
- Lead all phases of assigned construction projects from conceptual design through completion.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and field operations teams to deliver on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, regulations, and site requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders during project execution.
- Oversee contract administration, risk management, and quality standards on assigned sites.
- Foster a collaborative environment that supports project success and team growth. What We're Looking For
- BA/BS in engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial project management experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a project engineer or assistant project manager in the construction industry.
- U.S. citizenship required (security/clearance required on military sites).
- CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications (training available if not held).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to relocate or travel to Norfolk, VA. Nice to Have
- Experience in the design-build industry.
- Software literacy in Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, or Revit.
- STS certification.
- LEED GA or AP/AP+ credential.
- Experience working on Department of Defense projects. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $110,000–$160,000 per year.
