- Strong management and organizational skills with the ability to manage conflict
- Strong leadership skills (Plan, Direct, Implement, Control, Review)
- Ability to communicate clearly in written or verbal communication
- Ability to negotiate, facilitate and influence interactions with employees, clients, suppliers, and Third Parties
- Good understanding, technical knowledge and experience with regards to construction industry and relevant standards and specification (SANS, etc)
- Good knowledge and understanding of Legislative Acts (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, OHSACT, etc)
- Project management principles
- Understanding of financial management related to projects
- Computer literate (Ms Office Suite, Scheduling Software, Financial Systems)
- Self-driven, Self-discipline, Ethical and Honest
- Results driven with strong focus on service delivery
- High stress tolerant and able to work under pressure
- Assertive, direct, and persuasive to enable influence
