About the Role
Cape Fox Mountain Point is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our growing construction team. This role provides critical support to the Director of Construction Operations and multiple Project Managers in a fast-paced environment, serving as a key link between Construction Operations, Operations Support, Pre-Construction, and Project Controls. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. What You'll Do

Coordinate and process construction submittals through all phases of the project.

Prepare and organize pre-construction documentation and contract deliverables.

Assist with project buyout activities, including subcontractor procurement and vendor communications.

Review subcontract and purchase order scopes of work for completeness and consistency.

Review construction plans, specifications, contracts, and other project documents.

Enter, maintain, analyze, and report project data.

Develop, maintain, and update project tracking logs, including submittal logs, RFI logs, procurement trackers, and project status reports.

Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and project documentation using Microsoft Office applications.

Coordinate security badging for personnel and submit access requests for government installations.

Provide administrative support to multiple Project Managers and active construction projects simultaneously.

Perform office administrative duties including receiving and distributing mail, ordering office supplies, printing, filing, scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and other operational support tasks.

Conduct occasional site visits to support pre-construction efforts and project coordination.

Communicate professionally with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal team members.

Perform additional duties as assigned in support of Construction Operations.

What We're Looking For

Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented individuals with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience coordinating submittals, RFI logs, procurement trackers, and project data.

Familiarity with review of plans, specifications, contracts, and other project documents.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience coordinating security badging and access requests for government installations is a plus.

Strong communication and administrative support skills; ability to work with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams.

Willingness to travel for occasional site visits and to support pre-construction efforts.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
