About the Role We are seeking a Construction Planner & Scheduler for Microsoft's Air Gapped Cloud (AGC) team to develop, manage, and execute construction schedules for mission-critical data center projects. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain construction schedules for AGC projects, aligning with milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and program teams to track progress and resolve schedule conflicts.
- Monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and propose mitigations to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure schedule adherence and safety/compliance requirements.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to leadership and cross-functional teams. What We're Looking For
- Experience creating and maintaining construction project schedules, preferably for mission-critical facilities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop, analyze, and synchronize schedules.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction management concepts and schedule management tools.
