About the Role
A Construction Paralegal position in downtown Lexington, KY to assist attorneys with legal and factual research, document review/analysis, drafting, trial preparation, depositions, and extensive document management. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with salary and benefits.

Reformat Agreements and format and proofread contracts

Forward executing contracts

What We're Looking For
-
Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in construction/legal settings
-
Experience with MSAs, contract review, e-discovery, RelativityOne, and litigation support
-
Strong document management, editing, and trial-preparation capabilities
-
Ability to work in a downtown Lexington, KY office on a full-time basis

Familiarity with Compulaw and pleading indexes

Experience with Chrome River and information management tools

Compensation & Benefits
-
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
