Overview
Manage multiple construction sites within the Sheetz footprint on a daily basis including, building and petroleum construction projects for New Stores, Rebuilds, and White Block Refresh (WBR).
Responsibilities
- Attend pre-construction meetings with project managers, owners, inspection agencies, utility providers, and other vendors prior to and during the execution of construction projects to review scope of work, drawings, contracts, permits, special conditions, geotechnical issues, environmental issues, etc.
- Collaborate with Project Manager(s) and contractor(s) to develop a construction schedule outline, establishing milestone completion dates of major construction activities, inspections, and required Sheetz supplied material delivery dates.
- Schedule and coordinate the mobilization of all discipline contractors to maintain the project schedule.
