About the Role A Construction Manager with solid experience in photovoltaic projects, particularly tracker installation supervision and commissioning. The selected professional will coordinate and supervise on-site works, ensuring schedules, quality standards, and client technical requirements are met. INITIAL TRAINING includes travel to Texas to receive client-specific training prior to full project deployment.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities related to photovoltaic tracker installation.
- Ensure proper execution of works in accordance with project drawings, technical specifications, and client standards.
- Oversee and support commissioning activities in coordination with engineering and technical teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to established timelines.
- Coordinate subcontractors and installation crews, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
- Identify and resolve technical or execution issues during installation and commissioning phases.
- Report regularly to the Project Management team regarding progress, risks, and site performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and company HSE procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as Construction Manager or in a similar leadership role within utility-scale photovoltaic projects.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in solar tracker installation.
- Demonstrated experience in commissioning activities for solar projects.
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, installation procedures, and site coordination.
- Availability to travel as required by project needs.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
