Job title: Construction Manager - Data Center/Mission Critical
About the Role Join Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects as a Construction Manager focused on data center/mission-critical facilities. You’ll lead scope development, contract administration, scheduling, subcontractor engagement, and onsite safety to deliver high-impact capital projects for clients. This onsite role involves collaborating with Owners, Architects, and project teams to monitor cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
What You'll Do
- Prepare scopes, RFPs, budgets, and manage payment applications.
- Administer Construction Contracts from inception to closeout.
- Oversee scheduling, sequencing, permits, and project closeout with officials.
- Manage subcontractor engagement and enforce health & safety onsite.
- Review project progress for quality and compliance with drawings/specs.
- Lead and document project meetings with Owners, Architects, and CMs.
- Report to senior leadership on cost, schedule, risk, and quality matters.
- Be onsite at client sites to enable delivery and cultivate client relationships; collaborate with clients and internal teams.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to collaborate with Owners, Architects, and Construction Managers; on-site experience preferred.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related field.
- Experience with hyperscale data centers.
- Thorough knowledge of the construction process and management techniques.
- Outstanding negotiating skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 105,000 - 135,000 per year.
