About the Role Join Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects as a Construction Manager focused on data center delivery. You’ll lead scope development, contract administration, scheduling, safety, and stakeholder engagement to deliver complex data center projects for clients. This role combines field leadership with project controls and collaboration with Owners, Architects, and CMs to build the future infrastructure. What You'll Do
- Prepare scopes, RFPs, budgets, and manage payment applications.
- Administer Construction Contracts from inception to closeout.
- Oversee scheduling, sequencing, permits, and project closeout with officials.
- Manage subcontractor engagement and enforce health & safety onsite.
- Review project progress for quality and compliance with drawings/specs.
- Lead and document project meetings with Owners, Architects, and CMs.
- Report to senior leadership on cost, schedule, risk, and quality matters.
- Onsite at client site: The work location is onsite with our clients, with some in-person time for collaboration and relationship-building. What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
- Bonus points for a Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field.
- Experience with hyperscale data centers (highly desirable).
- Thorough knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials.
- Outstanding negotiating skills.
- Team player with the ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Organized and detail-oriented. Nice to Have
- Experience with hyperscale data centers (desirable).
- Additional technical or program leadership experience. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year USD.
