About the Role You’ll join Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects as a Construction Manager for Data Center projects onsite at client sites in Atlanta. You’ll help lead scopes, budgets, schedules, and contract administration to deliver reliable, safe, and scalable infrastructure for hyperscale data centers. What You'll Do
- Prepare scopes, RFPs, budgets, and manage payment applications.
- Administer Construction Contracts from inception to closeout.
- Oversee scheduling, sequencing, permits, and project closeout with officials.
- Manage subcontractor engagement and enforce health & safety onsite.
- Review project progress for quality and compliance with drawings/specs.
- Lead and document project meetings with Owners, Architects, and CMs.
- Report to senior leadership on cost, schedule, risk, and quality matters.
- Onsite at client site: collaborate with clients and partners to enable delivery. What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related field is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials.
- Outstanding negotiating skills.
- Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Organized and detail-oriented. Nice to Have
- Experience with hyperscale data centers (highly desirable). Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $110,000 - $150,000 per year.
