About this role
About the Role You’ll prepare scopes, RFPs, budgets, and manage payment applications. You’ll administer Construction Contracts from inception to closeout. You’ll oversee scheduling, sequencing, permits, and project closeout with officials. You’ll manage subcontractor engagement and enforce health & safety onsite. You’ll review project progress for quality and compliance with drawings/specs. You’ll lead and document project meetings with Owners, Architects, and CMs. You’ll report to senior leadership on cost, schedule, risk, and quality matters.
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
