About the Role You’ll work within Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects as a Construction Manager for the ANS Communications, Media & Technology - Soben - Data Center, developing and directing detailed project plans and leading cross-functional teams onsite with client partners to deliver complex capital infrastructure. What You'll Do
- Develop and direct detailed project plans, integrating technical activities to achieve strategic goals.
- Present and clearly explain complex proposals, reports, and findings to client stakeholders.
- Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, fostering their professional development.
- Analyze technology trends, resource availability, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
- Lead cross-functional discussions with management, production, and marketing teams on project specifications and procedures.
- Review, negotiate, and recommend contracts and cost estimates for approval.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and feasibility to execution and integration.
- Translate technical concepts and project updates for diverse audiences, including clients and internal staff.
- Manage resource allocation and team performance to align with project objectives and market opportunities.
- Ensure project alignment with business objectives through continuous assessment of technical needs and market conditions.
- Onsite at client site to enable delivery and cultivate client relationships. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience in project management, contract negotiation, resource planning, and production methods.
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio (or equivalent).
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- Ability to work onsite with clients and partners. Nice to Have
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Familiarity with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 100,000 – 150,000 per year.
- Location: Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA (onsite with client sites).
