About the Role You’ll oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final punch list and closeout. You’ll lead and mentor on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment. Onsite at client site with some in-person time for collaboration and relationship-building. What You'll Do
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final punch list and closeout.
- Lead and mentor on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within financial targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes across all job sites.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems and resolving issues before they impact schedule or budget.
- Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress payments to maintain project documentation and financial control.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and company standards.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure reliable partnerships and competitive pricing.
- Leverage construction management software and technology to streamline processes, track progress, and report on key performance metrics.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
- Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials.
- Bonus points if you have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field.
- Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus.
- Outstanding negotiating skills.
- Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing. Nice to Have

- Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 per year (USD).
- Onsite work with clients; there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and relationship-building.
