About this role

About the Role You’ll oversee all phases of construction projects for Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll lead on-site teams, manage schedules and budgets, and serve as the primary point of contact with clients and design professionals to deliver safe, high‑quality data-center projects. What You'll Do

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final punch list and closeout.
  • Lead and mentor on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to maintain a cohesive, productive environment.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet targets.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers to align on goals.
  • Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes across all job sites.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks; resolve issues before schedule or budget impact.
  • Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress payments to maintain documentation and financial control.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to ensure workmanship meets specifications.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for reliable partnerships and pricing.
  • Leverage construction management software and technology to track progress and report on KPIs.
  • Onsite at client site to enable delivery and maintain client relationships; some in-person time and flexibility to support work/life needs. What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
  • Thorough knowledge of the construction process, management techniques, methods, and materials.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related field is a plus.
  • Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus.
  • Outstanding negotiating skills; strong verbal and written communication; team player. Nice to Have

  • Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 per year.
