Construction Junior Scheduler

About the Role

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a Construction Junior Scheduler to support developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, including cost and resource loading, to help monitor and manage infrastructure programs. The role combines field- and office-based work with a hybrid setup to plan factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure more efficiently. You’ll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and strategists to drive smarter, safer, and more sustainable capital projects. What You'll Do

• Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules including cost loading and/or resource loading labor hours and commodities to schedule activities.

• Generate cost/resource projection curves based on the schedule.

• Analyze data and build reports to support project monitoring and decision making.

• Proactively anticipate schedule impacts and advise project team concerning changes and issues on schedule impacts.

• Prepare ad-hoc reports as directed by management.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

• At least a year of paid/intern/unpaid experience in Program/ Project Scheduling.

• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, baseline reviews, cost control, etc.

• Ability to understand complex projects, with the ability to foresee and avoid potential construction scheduling issues.

• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project or equivalent, Microsoft Word and Excel. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: USD 75,000 - 95,000 per year.

• Location: Los Angeles, CA with a hybrid work arrangement.
