About the Role Role purpose: Lead the site's HSE management for major EPC projects, ensuring effective implementation of the Tecnimont HSE policy and the project HSE management system. Reports to the Site Manager and coordinates with the client on work permits, training, and emergencies. What You'll Do
- Support and monitor the implementation of Tecnimont HSE policy and HSE management system at site.
- Perform Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Verify adequacy and application of the site HSE plan and related procedures; prepare revisions as needed.
- Update HSE documentation during all construction phases.
- Ensure subcontractors comply with HSE procedures, regulations, and standards; promote corrective actions.
- Organize and participate in periodic HSE walks, inspections, and audits; prepare reports and action plans; verify follow-up and timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate HSE training on site and participate in site HSE meetings.
- Cooperate with the client in issuing necessary work permits.
- Investigate work accidents, identify corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accident records and identify prevention areas.
- Promote HSE indoctrination/training of personnel.
- Lead and coordinate the site HSE committee (contractors and subcontractors HSE reps).
- Lead the site emergency response and fire prevention/fighting teams; organize training and drills.
- Prepare the HSE section of construction monthly progress reports and other periodical reports.
- Prepare and update HSE statistics; compare with project and corporate KPIs and propose recovery plans where needed. What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience; relevant EPC project experience (oil & gas, petrochemical).
- NEBOSH GC/IGC certificate is an advantage.
- Diploma in safety or any other HSE certification.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; strong management and teamwork capabilities. Nice to Have

- Experience coordinating HSE on large, multi-contractor sites. Compensation & Benefits
