About the Role The Construction HSE Manager will oversee health, safety and environmental management for major projects at Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, reporting to the Site Manager. This role ensures implementation of Tecnimont HSE policy and management systems on site and leads risk assessment, incident investigations and coordination with clients and subcontractors. What You'll Do
- Support and monitor the implementation of the Tecnimont HSE Policy and HSE management system on site
- Perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Verify the adequacy and application of the site HSE plan and procedures; update documentation during construction phases as required
- Ensure subcontractors comply with all HSE procedures and regulations; promote corrective actions to ensure compliance
- Organize, plan and participate in periodic HSE walks, inspections and audits; prepare reports, action plans, and follow-up on corrective actions
- Coordinate HSE training on site and participate in HSE meetings; cooperate with client concerning work permits
- Lead investigations into work accidents and identify corrective measures to prevent recurrence; maintain accident records and drive prevention
- Lead and coordinate the site HSE committee and the site emergency response and fire prevention teams; organize drills
- Prepare HSE sections of monthly progress reports and maintain HSE statistics aligned with project and corporate objectives; propose recovery plans where gaps exist What We're Looking For
- University Degree or Diploma in any Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects/operations in oil & gas or petrochemical industries
- Relevant experience in at least 3 major EPC projects (oil & gas, petrochemical sector)
- NEBOSH GC/IGC certificate
- ARAMCO approval will be an added advantage
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; team-oriented with self-motivation and a strong drive for timely performance and problem resolution Nice to Have
- Experience working in consortium/ATI environments
- ARAMCO approval would be an added advantage Compensation & Benefits
- Rotation: 60 days on site, 10 days off (paid), plus 2 days traveling (paid); 10 hours per day (including 1 hour break)
