About the Role The Construction HSE Manager will oversee health, safety and environmental management for major projects at Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, reporting to the Site Manager. This role ensures implementation of Tecnimont HSE policy and management systems on site and leads risk assessment, incident investigations and coordination with clients and subcontractors. What You'll Do
- Support and monitor the implementation of the Tecnimont HSE Policy and HSE management system on site
- Perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Verify the adequacy and application of the site HSE plan and procedures; update documentation during construction phases as required
- Ensure subcontractors comply with all HSE procedures and regulations; promote corrective actions to ensure compliance
