Job title: Construction HSE Field Supervisor
About the Role
Construction HSE Field Supervisor will oversee field HSE activities on the AMIRAL P02 & 03 project sites in Al Jubail. The role ensures compliance with TCM HSE policy and applicable regulations, coordinating with the Construction HSE Coordinator and Site Manager to promote preventive and corrective actions.
What You'll Do
- Perform hazardous analysis and participate in job safety analysis.
- Verify the adequacy and application of the site HSE plan and related procedures, prepare revisions.
- Update HSE documentation across construction phases.
- Ensure subcontractors comply with HSE procedures; promote corrective actions.
- Organize, plan, participate in HSE walks, inspections and audits; prepare reports, action plans, follow up and ensure timely execution of corrective actions.
- Organize, coordinate and directly participate in HSE training activities on site.
- Organize and participate in all relevant site HSE meetings; prepare minutes of meeting.
- Cooperate with the client concerning the issue of any necessary work permits.
- Organize in case of work accidents a full investigation to identify corrective measures to avoid recurrence.
- Keep accident records; identify areas for prevention.
- Promote indoctrination/trainings of personnel.
- Lead and coordinate the site HSE committee activities composed by all contractor and subcontractor HSE representatives.
- Lead and coordinate the site emergency response team and fire prevention/fighting team, organizing training and emergency drill mock activities.
- Prepare the HSE section of the construction monthly progress report and other periodical reports.
- Prepare and update site HSE statistics; verify performance against project and corporate HSE objectives and indicators; propose recovery plans in case of mismatch.
What We're Looking For
- University Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects/operations in the oil & gas or petrochemical industries with a focus on Field HSE activities.
- Relevant experience in 3 major EPC projects in the oil & gas or petrochemical sector.
- Holding NEBOSH GC/IGC certificate.
- ARAMCO approval will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; team-oriented, self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines.
