Job title: Construction HSE Coordinator
About the Role
Construction HSE Coordinator based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, contracted on site with a rotation schedule. You will lead health, safety and environmental activities across construction, fabrication, installation and commissioning, ensuring compliance with the TCM HSE policy and applicable regulations.
What You'll Do
- Perform hazardous analysis (JHA) and participate to the job safety analysis (JSA).
- Verify the adequacy and application of the site HSE plan and related procedures, and propose revisions as needed.
- Update the HSE documentation during all construction phases when deemed necessary.
- Check that subcontractors perform activities in accordance with HSE procedures and standards; promote corrective actions as needed.
- Organize, plan and participate in periodic HSE walkarounds, inspections and audits on site; prepare reports, action plans, verify follow-up and timely execution of corrective actions.
- Organize, coordinate and participate in HSE training on site; organize site HSE meetings and prepare MOM.
- Cooperate with the client on work permits.
- In case of accidents, lead investigations to identify corrective measures to avoid recurrence and maintain records.
- Promote indoctrination/training of personnel.
- Lead and coordinate the site HSE committee (comprising contractor and subcontractor HSE representatives).
- Lead and coordinate the site emergency response team and fire prevention/fighting team, including training and drills.
- Prepare the HSE section of the construction monthly progress report and other periodical reports.
- Prepare and update site HSE statistics, compare with project/corporate HSE objectives and KPIs, and propose corrective recovery plans.
What We're Looking For
- University Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent; minimum 12 years' experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects in oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
- Relevant experience in 3 major EPC projects in oil & gas or petrochemical sector.
- NEBOSH GC/IGC certificate.
- ARAMCO approval will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; team-oriented, self-motivated and able to deliver timely results.

Compensation & Benefits
- Rotation: 60 days on site and 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid).
- Working hours: 10 hours per day (including 1 hour break).
