About the Role Netradyne's Construction Fleets Smart Management Tools showcase AI-powered video safety and telematics that provide full context by analyzing 100% of drive time to improve safety and on-time performance across construction fleets.
What You'll Do
- Leverage Driver•i, GPS tracking, and safety alert videos to monitor operators, ensure safety, task focus, and on-time performance.
- Optimize routing and dispatching to increase productivity and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Use up to 360-degree vehicle visibility to mitigate risk of sideswipe, backing, and rollover incidents.
- Access video evidence and apply automated coaching to highlight impactful driving behaviors.
- Implement preventative maintenance automation and engine fault monitoring to minimize downtime.
What We're Looking For
- Interest in fleet safety technology, AI-powered coaching, and real-time risk management.
- Familiarity with telematics, GPS tracking, and driver safety scoring concepts such as GreenZone Score.
- Experience or interest in coaching drivers remotely and improving on-site efficiency.
Nice to Have
- Experience within construction or field service fleets is a plus.
