About this role

About the Role You’ll assist with submittals and input into Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) for data center construction projects, while monitoring the submittal schedule and ensuring documentation quality. This role focuses on document control and compliance to support on-time delivery. What You'll Do

  • Assist with submittals and input into EDMS; monitor submittal schedule and status
  • Prepare documentation audit reports and participate in regular compliance checks
  • Input RFIs into EDMS; input documentation and transmittals into Aconex or other legacy document control systems
  • Log and manage plans, specifications, and revisions in EDMS to ensure current documentation is always available
  • Upload plans and specifications to contractor personnel and subcontractors via EDMS
  • Maintain hard and electronic files of all project documentation
  • Support onboarding and training of team members in EDMS processes and documentation standards
  • Ensure all documentation complies with client standards and quality protocols before submission
  • Track and file project photos into EDMS
  • Maintain the project FTP site and manage existing legacy system information
  • Coordinate with team members and managers to accurately process documents and files for the project record in a timely manner
  • Flexible work location to include a mix of remote, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office or center What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with 3+ years’ experience or Associate's degree with 5+ years’ experience or High School degree with 5+ years’ experience
  • Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and familiarity with ERP systems
  • Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including handling submittals
  • Knowledge of the construction process, proven ability in planning, organizing and implementing work priorities to ensure the orderly flow of construction documentation throughout the construction process
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and timeliness Nice to Have
  • Advanced degree or certificates
  • Data Center construction experience
  • Familiarity with document controls workflows and audits for large scale construction clients Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year (USD); compensation varies by location, role and experience
  • Flexible work location with some in-person collaboration; benefits vary by country and role
