About the Role
Join The Lawson Group as a Construction Safety Consultant focused on construction and demolition safety. You will design HASPs, provide on-site safety oversight, and deliver practical training to protect workers and keep projects on track. What You'll Do

Design site-specific Health & Safety Plans (HASPs) tailored to site and meet OSHA, EPA, and state requirements.

Develop construction air monitoring plans for on-site crews and nearby communities.

Act as on-site safety officer providing oversight, inspections, toolbox talks, and real-time risk management.

Develop and deliver construction safety programs including fall protection, PPE, respirator fit testing, equipment safety training.

Provide on-site support and consultation, ensure compliance ahead of project start. What We're Looking For

Experience designing HASPs and safety plans

Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state safety compliance

Experience providing on-site safety oversight, inspections, toolbox talks

Ability to develop and deliver practical training

Strong communication and client-facing skills Nice to Have

Experience with demolition safety consulting, dust control, noise monitoring, and community air monitoring

Knowledge of local NH regulations

Experience in the New England market
