We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety across active construction zones. This role ensures that debris, dust, and hazardous materials are properly removed to support a safe and efficient work environment. Duties include cleaning floors, surfaces, restrooms, and equipment, as well as assisting with seasonal tasks and minor maintenance reporting.

Language Requirements: Must be able to speak and understand either English or Spanish to receive work instructions, understand safety requirements, and communicate with supervisors. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

Shift: Monday-Sunday 5:00 AM-5:00 PM (Weekend Flexibility Required) or Monday-Friday 5:00 PM-5:00 AM (Weekend Flexibility Required)

Pay: $22-$25.30/hr

• Clean and maintain construction site facilities, including trailers, restrooms, and common areas
• Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to surfaces and fixtures
• Notify supervisor of needed repairs or safety concerns
• Maintain effective communication with site personnel, supervisors, and team members
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory authorities
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, walls, ceilings, and equipment
• Move boxes, crates, and equipment to access cleaning areas manually or with hand trucks
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate tools and solutions
• Wash and replace blinds as needed
• Gather and dispose of construction debris and trash
• Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walkways, raking leaves, cutting grass, or removing snow
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and food service areas
