1. Inventory Data Analysis

• Analyze order, consumption, and consignment inventory data to identify trends and determine appropriate inventory levels for each customer.
• Report consignment inventory data accuracy with stock counting results after validation of unbilled, excess, aging, etc.
• Monitor key inventory metrics, including Months on Hand MOH, and identify opportunities to optimize consignment stock while ensuring adequate product availability.
• Monitor consignment inventory status to ensure customers maintain inventory that meets Alcon’s defined inventory quality and management standards.
• Generate actionable insights from inventory and order data to support data-driven decision-making and inventory optimization.

2. Order Management

• Create, modify, and monitor consignment-related orders, including consignment fill-up, return, and billing orders.
• Ensure consignment transactions and orders are accurately and timely recorded in the system.
• Investigate order or inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate resolution.

3. Inventory Management

• Conduct regular reviews with relevant cross-functional teams to monitor consignment inventory performance, identify issues, establish action items, and drive timely execution.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective management of consignment inventory.
• Proactively identify inventory risks, including unbilled, excess, aging, or inappropriate stock levels, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.

4. 3PL & Sales Coordination

• Work closely with Sales representatives and 3PL partners to support the timely delivery, collection, return, and replacement of consignment inventory.
• Coordinate operational issues related to consignment inventory and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution with relevant parties.

5. Process Improvement

• Regularly review existing consignment processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, accuracy, and operational sustainability.
• Drive process improvements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners to establish efficient and scalable ways of working.
• Support the development and standardization of consignment inventory management procedures and best practices.

6. Audit & Inventory Governance

• Support internal and external audit activities related to consignment inventory by preparing relevant data and documentation and coordinating required follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate records and support appropriate controls to ensure traceability and compliance of consignment inventory transactions.

Ideal Background

Education: Bachelor degree Languages: Native-level Korean / Business-level English proficiency

Experience

• Experience in Healthcare Company or Supply chain will be an advantage

• Strong data analysis skills

• High adaptability to changing business environments and priorities

• Strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills

• No reason for disqualification on overseas business trip

• Men are required or exempted from military service.
