About the Role Lacoste seeks a client-focused Sales Associate to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering premium services and expert product knowledge. The role contributes to the store's growth through impeccable welcome, premium service and effective loyalty actions, while upholding brand visual standards and acting as a Lacoste ambassador. What You'll Do
- Apply the 4 steps of BEST selling: Begin (best first impression: prepare, greet, welcome), Engage (break the ice, identify context, develop client relationship), Sell (mobilize sale techniques, guide try-ons, address objections), Thank (close with a positive note, assist at checkout, fidelize).
- Be a daily brand ambassador: know the heritage and values of Lacoste to embody them on the sales floor; assist new hires during onboarding; maintain a premium selling space; fidelize customers with premium services; know product offers in detail (color options, sizes, fabric composition); ensure an impeccable checkout and actively promote the Club Lacoste and its benefits; address and respond to customer complaints accurately.
- Foster a collaborative environment: actively participate with managers to cultivate teamwork and a culture of excellence; share skills with team members, especially during onboarding; ensure procedures are consistently followed.
- Manage operations: handle goods flow, reception of merchandise, and stock organization. What We're Looking For
- Sales skills: business-minded, product- and service-oriented; deliver sincere, warm welcome; rigorously implement group procedures (CRM, VM, etc.); results-oriented with a performance culture; versatile, rigorous, organized, proactive and curious; constructive, solution-oriented; dynamic, a strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication; knowledge of one or more foreign languages is a plus.
