About this role

About the Role The Connector Development Representative (CDR) is a foundational role in Filevine’s Connector motion, a sales-focused program that builds direct relationships to generate enterprise leads and pipeline. The CDR partners with Connector VPs, Managers, reseller managers, and enterprise sales teams to recruit, onboard, and manage connectors and drive lead production into the Revenue Team. What You'll Do

  • Lead Development Support: Support Connector Managers in building and maintaining Connector and reseller relationships.
  • Direct leads from Connector Managers to Account Executives (AEs) ensuring meetings are booked and deals advance through the pipeline.
  • Serve as liaison between FV Connector Team and AEs to optimize lead conversions.
  • Track and report on lead performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create enterprise-, Connector-relevant prospect lists.
  • Maintain organization and communication across teams to ensure seamless execution of connector-driven deals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support sales enablement collateral.
  • Occasionally attend Connector-events (with an AE or Connector Team) to foster Connector relationships and source leads.
  • Connector Development: Proactively identify and recruit new Connector and reseller partners through outbound efforts.
  • Assist with onboarding of new partners, guiding from initial introduction through activation and into consistent lead production.
  • Leverage outreach via email, calls, and events; develop compelling outreach messaging and marketing campaigns.
  • Support the development of co-marketing initiatives and Connector enablement strategies. What We're Looking For

  • Strong outbound prospecting and business development experience preferred.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track partnerships and leads.
  • Self-starter with proactive growth initiative. Nice to Have
  • Experience with outbound prospecting or partner marketing initiatives.
  • Prior experience in tech or SaaS partnerships. Compensation & Benefits
