About the Role FBT Gibbons LLP is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join the Office of Legal Affairs. The role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and resolving conflicts of interest related to new business intake, client engagements, and lateral hiring. The Conflicts Attorney will provide thoughtful guidance on conflicts and ethics matters and support the preparation and review of ethical screens, conflict waivers, ethics-related disclosures, engagement letters, and Outside Counsel Guidelines. The ideal candidate is based in California or Colorado and will work a schedule aligned with the firm's needs. What You'll Do
- Review and analyze conflicts of interest related to new engagements, client matters, and lateral hires.
- Advise on conflicts and ethics matters and provide guidance to firm attorneys and business professionals.
