About the Role We are seeking a Configuration Manager to lead configuration management for programs at MTSI in Colorado Springs. You will manage baselines, change control, and ensure CM processes align with contract and company requirements. What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and maintain CM processes and configurations for programs
- Manage baselines, change control boards, and status accounting
- Collaborate with engineering, program management, and security teams to ensure configuration compliance
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for CM activities
- Support system builds and deployment activities with accurate configuration data
- Ensure CM tools and repositories are up-to-date What We're Looking For
- Experience in configuration management within engineering programs
- Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with configuration management concepts (baselines, change control, status accounting)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment
