About the Role
The Configuration Developer is responsible for implementing and maintaining business rules within FireLight, Hexure’s proprietary SaaS electronic fulfillment platform. This role builds on foundational configuration skills to handle moderately complex business logic, ensuring that financial product applications are completed “In-Good-Order” with accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
The role operates across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements understanding through configuration, testing, and deployment, while also supporting production issues. The Configuration Developer I collaborates closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions, improve user experience, and meet project timelines and KPIs.
