About the Role

The Cone Loader – Heavy Lifter role on the 2nd shift in the Debone Plant, supporting high-speed processing by loading and portioning meat while ensuring quality and safety.

What You'll Do

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required
• Properly load front half on high speed processing machines so that the front half is properly processed
• Properly arrange breast meat and/or tenders on high speed processing machines so that the meat is properly processed and/or portioned
• Ability to recognize when machine is not functioning properly
• Ability to visually grade product and cut out unacceptable products
• Ability to perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine and maintain a safe and sanitary work area
• Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms
• The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 POUNDS

• This is a safety sensitive position; while performing duties, employee is regularly exposed to wet/humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold; and may encounter high places, toxic chemicals, outside weather, and extreme heat

What We're Looking For

• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to operate and monitor high-speed processing equipment
• Visual inspection and attention to quality and safety
• Strong emphasis on safety, hygiene, and teamwork
• Willingness to work on the 2nd shift (4:55 PM – EOS)

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour
• $1/hour weekly attendance incentive
• $1/hour night shift premium
