Conducteur Machines
Au sein de notre site de production de Dole, vous participez à la fabrication de composants de haute technicité destinés à des marchés exigeants. Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Conducteur(trice) de Ligne pour renforcer nos équipes de production.
Vos missions Rattaché(e) au Responsable de Production, vous avez pour mission de piloter les équipements qui vous sont confiés afin d'assurer la production dans les meilleures conditions de qualité, sécurité et performance. À ce titre, vous :
- Assurez le démarrage, le réglage et la conduite des équipements de production.
- Contrôlez la qualité des produits fabriqués et réalisez les autocontrôles nécessaires.
- Effectuez la maintenance de premier niveau et alertez en cas d'anomalie.
- Participez à l'analyse et à la résolution des dysfonctionnements.
- Veillez au respect des standards qualité, sécurité et environnement.
- Garantissez la traçabilité des opérations de production.
- Contribuez activement aux actions d'amélioration continue.
Votre profil
- Formation technique ou expérience significative en environnement industriel.
- Une première expérience en conduite de ligne est appréciée.
- Connaissances en mécanique, pneumatique ou électrotechnique appréciées.
- À l'aise avec les outils informatiques.
- Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et réactivité.
