About the Role Join VNA Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) providing overnight Home Care in the Concord area. You will support clients in their homes with compassionate, person-centered care and help maintain a safe, comfortable living environment. What You'll Do
- Assist client with household management in a kind and compassionate manner
- Light housekeeping tasks
- Assist with activities of daily living which may include bathing, toileting, feeding, skin care, hair care, exercise, and food preparation
- Consult regularly with the coordinators about changes in the client's condition or environment
- Maintain confidentiality of clients What We're Looking For
- Home Health Aide Certification or CNA training
- Compassionate, patient-focused care
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong communication to coordinate with care team
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $21 - $23 per hour
