Concierge Physician — Sole-Charge Medical Care — Dubai

A permanent Concierge Physician vacancy has arisen with a private family in Dubai, requiring UK & European training. Time abroad forms part of the appointment, including Paris, where you keep day-to-day medicine seamless, mostly under your own judgement. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies; it does not employ, every time. The family is the employer and signs the contract with you directly, before you give notice anywhere else.

Requirements

• The post requires a registered family medicine physician (GP) with UK or European credentials, able to hold your own judgement. Bring at least 5 years of practice since full registration, including time spent in sole charge. Training and registration must come from the UK or Europe, and that standard applies to every candidate we introduce. You need confident, professional English; strict confidentiality is part of the appointment. Our part is a verified introduction and nothing more, and no name is shared before that work is done.

Benefits

• You receive a gross £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, set for a sole-charge medical care appointment in Dubai. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the family's residence is arranged and paid for by the family from the first day. Paid annual leave is built into the contract, because a concierge physician in sole charge needs real time away. The family contracts with you directly; we are not a party to the agreement, with independent judgement defined on paper. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
