Concierge Physician — Resident Medical Governance — Dubai

A private family in Dubai wants a UK & European-trained concierge physician for a resident medical governance appointment, placed through us on a strictly private basis. From Dubai to Geneva, the family's travel is yours too, and day-to-day medicine follows, and you decide how it is delivered. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Registration, references and training history are checked by us first, and no name is shared before that work is done.

Requirements

• A current UK or European registration as a family medicine physician (GP) is the starting point, confirmed by the issuing body. We look for 3 years of post-registration practice at minimum, enough to carry independent judgement. Training and registration must come from the UK or Europe, a rule the family sets and we keep. English must be fluent enough for clinical handovers and family conversations; discretion is treated as a clinical standard. Benefits

• You receive a gross £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, in line with the seniority expected. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides your accommodation within the residence in Dubai, so you can respond at once. You receive generous leave and regular flights home, both provided by the family so you can step back between demanding periods in Dubai. Contracts are issued by the family, not by an agency, as it should be for a post of this kind. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
