Concierge Physician — Resident Medical Governance — Abu Dhabi

On behalf of a private family in Abu Dhabi, we are introducing a UK & European-trained concierge physician, for a confidential resident medical governance position. You join the family on journeys from London to the Mediterranean coast, as regular health reviews and a calm daily rhythm of availability matter as much abroad as at home. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Appointment and contract sit with the family, with Medical Staff Talent limited to introducing and verifying.

Requirements

• We need a family medicine physician (GP) holding active UK or European professional registration, proven in preventive health, longevity planning and urgent clinical decisions. A track record of 2 years after qualification is the minimum, because the family values longevity of service. We introduce only clinicians who trained in the UK or Europe. Clear, professional English is a must, from morning updates to written records, and strict discretion is a condition of the post. Your credentials are examined in full by us ahead of any introduction, which keeps the process clean for everyone.

Benefits

• You will receive a gross salary of £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, set with long-term retention in mind. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the residence in Abu Dhabi is provided by the family. Annual leave, fully paid, is part of the family's offer, alongside a contract designed for long-term stability. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
