About this role
A discreet vacancy exists with a private family in Dubai for a UK & European-trained Concierge Physician, with a standard of assessment the family can rely on. Whenever the family's plans take them from Dubai to Europe, you travel too and hold your standards of care exactly as they were. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Requirements
- You must hold a medical degree and current registration as a family medicine physician (GP), in good standing and free of restrictions. 3 years spent in clinical practice is required, where decisions had to be made independently. Only clinicians trained and registered in the UK or Europe reach this concierge physician shortlist, and no shortlist is released until it is confirmed. Clear English at professional level is expected, and a clear command of English supports safe clinical handovers. The concierge physician must be willing to move between residences, and the family values clinicians who adapt calmly.
Benefits
- Pay for this post is £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, gross, in line with the precision the role demands. It is a gross salary, paid into the bank account of your choice. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Relocation is arranged by the family, and you live within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. Contract stability is a feature of this post, and the family intends a lasting relationship. The family signs the employment contract with you directly, on terms agreed openly from the start.
