About this role
A private family in Jeddah is appointing a permanent, UK & European-trained Concierge Physician. You will be the first call for every medical question in the household, from routine reviews to urgent assessment at night. The family's travel calendar includes long stretches at home in Jeddah, summer in London and a winter week in Courchevel. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Specialist referrals pass through you.
Requirements
- You hold full registration as a family medicine physician (GP) in the UK or Europe, with a licence to practise. You have practised for at least 5 years after full registration, ideally with time in private medicine. Broad general practice or emergency experience will serve you well in a household setting. Fluent English and a signed confidentiality agreement are required. You are comfortable carrying a medical kit and making decisions without a team around you. We confirm your registration status and speak with senior colleagues before introduction.
Benefits
- Pay is set at £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, gross, and designed to keep a physician for many years. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your accommodation within the residence in Jeddah and business-class travel with the family are funded by them. Generous leave is scheduled between the family's own travel periods. The family appoints you directly and is your employer; we verify and introduce. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
