About this role
A private family based in Dubai is searching for a concierge physician, UK & European-trained, to lead medical care, and confidentiality is assumed. Expect to accompany the family to Mallorca; day-to-day medicine stays in your hands wherever they stay, and you decide how it is delivered. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Contracts are issued by the family, not by an agency, with full clinical autonomy defined on paper.
Requirements
- A current UK or European registration as a family medicine physician (GP) is the starting point. We look for 5 years of post-registration practice at minimum, some of it in clinical cover. We consider concierge physicians trained and registered in the UK or Europe only. Clear English is required at every level of the role; strict confidentiality is part of the appointment as standard. We verify each concierge physician's registration, references and training before any introduction, with nothing taken on trust.
Benefits
- Your gross compensation sits at £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, set for a private family medical care appointment in Dubai. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides your accommodation within the residence in Dubai, so you can focus on clinical cover. Time off and travel home are part of the agreement, with cover planned around your autonomous decision-making duties. The family contracts with you directly, before you give notice anywhere else. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
