Concierge Physician — Private Estate Medical Lead — Abu Dhabi

A private household in Abu Dhabi is recruiting a UK & European-trained concierge physician within the family's private estate medical lead arrangement. Through the summer months and on shorter trips, the same concierge physician is by their side, and the rhythm of the household is protected wherever it settles. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. The employment relationship is with the family in a direct agreement, with our role limited to a careful introduction.

Requirements

• Candidates need a full medical licence as a family medicine physician (GP) within a UK or European system. You bring 3 or more years of unsupervised clinical experience to build lasting trust with a family. We place only practitioners with UK or European training and registration, and that standard does not move. Excellent English along with strict confidentiality undertakings are part of the trust the family places in you. Composure, a steady manner and an unfailing sense of trust are asked of you. You need to be prepared to move at short notice with a valid passport.

Benefits

• The gross package is £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, for a permanent post, set for the concierge physician role. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your concierge physician appointment includes, at the family's cost, a place to live within the family's residence in Abu Dhabi, and flights. Protected paid leave, return flights to your home country and contract security are all provided by the family. Your contract is with the family directly, once our verification of your registration is complete. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
